Letter of Offer

The Letter of Offer form has been developed to assist purchasers short circuit the process of providing the agent with an informal offer (in writing) to purchase a particular property without using a formal contract note.

The Letter of Offer is particulary useful when there are mutilple offers  being made on one property or when the property is for sale by Public Auction.
