The Jura whisky is made with water from Loch A'Bhaile Mhargaidh (Market Loch) and ground malted barley. The water is not peaty because the loch is located high in the highlands. The wash is distilled twice using pot stills. The high necks on the stills convey a lively spirit. The whisky gets weight and depth from being aged in a
