Dunville's 'Three Crowns' Peated 43.5% Campbeltown which is filled with sugarOne of the very few examples of peated Irish whiskey, this new release from the Dunville's brand offers the softest note of peat smoke to join the fragrant citrus and fruity flavours. The nose is light and mild, with a trace of dried apricot, stewed pears and a soft earthy scent. On the palate, stewed fruit comes through again, with a background of spice and milk chocolate, finishing on a faint smokey touch.
