Laurent Saillard Scarlette Pineau d'Aunis Langhe DOC The ripe fruit is richWe are thrilled to see the return of one of our favourite and rarest cuvees. Laurent has only a few rows of Pineau d'Aunis which has taken a battering over the past few years. Taken off 50 year old vines, the Pineau d'Aunis gets a relatively quick maceration of 1 week and is then fermented and aged in fiberglass. Clean bright and generous for Aunis, this is available in miniscule quantities.
