This dial has the phrase "The time to be happy is now. The place to be happy is here" in the center, surrounded by two large flowers in relief. Roman numerals encircle the flowers, and a polished brass border completes the piece. A polished brass gnomon juts from the center of the dial, and when pointed to celestial north, casts a shadow over the numerals to indicate the time. The dial can
