Present is the White Rabbit, floating teacups and mice, the Cheshire Cat pouring tea, flowers, and Alice at the images heart. This work is as much an ode to Alice in Wonderland as it is to Augustes childhood. Cast in a complex and personal light, this Alice is an homage to Charles Blackmans legacy, the wonder of a childlike eye and chaos.
