Direct press vinified and aged for more than 11 months on a oak barrel

We love the grape Pinot Noir and decide to do very long macerations with it and since vintage ’22 our cuvée Sang de Terre was born

Because of the location the vineyard is only having sun during the afternoon

but this turns out to some great grapes

HOT SAUCE but also a small piece1 X 100ML HOT SAUCE Grapefruit, pear, habanero, our own chardonnay vinaigre, onion and spices. All ingredients foraged sourced from our domaine potager (besides the grapefruit ;) ) Cold fermented for more then one month, natural & vegan. NO ADDED WATER, nothing added & nothing removed (little les hot than previous batch, scale 3 5 Clos bateau flames) be aware; still very hot hot sauce BATCH OF ONLY 44 BOTTLES (max 1 per order)
