Just a short maceration of Cinsault grapes results in this vermillion coloured wine that's teetering on being a dark ros. Chteau La Borie is a beautiful property located in glorious garrigue scented countryside at the northern end of the southern Rhone. It lies just outside Suze La Rousse. There's definitely a herbal note in this wine and nice red fruits, but it isn't fruity. A great red to have with fish, chicken and salads.
