Various versions of Sully's played host to Peoria residents and Bradley students alike, who came for the cold beer, hot food and hanging with friends. Sully's was the brainchild of Mike Sullivan, a longtime Peoria tavern owner who for years could be found behind the bar, smoking and chatting up customers. Ed Pelz and Dave Snider bought Sullys from
