Branch Point TRIT Straight Whiskey Size:750ml Bourbon being the go toBranch Point TRIT Straight Whiskey is made from an original mash bill of locally grown triticale along with rye malt and distillers malt. Triticale is a natural, non GMO rye wheat hybrid developed in the late 1800s in Scotland that combines the spice and complexity of rye with the approachability of wheat. We use a rye bourbon yeast and ferment in open topped washbacks before a double distillation in traditional copper pot stills. The whiskey is
