We've seen these look really great on Puch Maxi for example. Some older Malaguti mopeds came with a nearly identical tail light as well. Really though, you can put it on anything but may have to drill a hole for the mounts to line up. Comes with a 6V21 5W dual filament bulb! Mounting bolts are vertical and 62mm apart.
