I AM INTERESTED IN BUYING A PROPERTY THAT IS FOR SALE AT A NOMINATED PRICE/PRICE RANGE
WHAT IS THE NEXT STEP?
If you are interested in a particular property that has a nominated price or price range and want to make an offer, what is the next step?
Firstly, you need to ask the agent for some recent sales in the area so that you can do your own homework and therefore accurately access the value of the home. The recent sales information should give you an idea on where to place your offer given the size of the home, size of the land, improvements and number of rooms ie: bedrooms, bathrooms, etc.
Remember, the owner of the property is required to nominate their selling price on their Agency Agreement and therefore the agent can only advertise the property within 10% above that of the owner’s price but cannot advertise below.
Use the enquiry form below to register your interest in a property – please be sure to include the property address
and any other relevant details. We’ll be in touch as soon as possible!
